Purchaser agrees to the following terms:

Seller warrants that this cat/kitten is presented in sound health and not harboring any diseases or parasites. Seller guarantees the general health of this cat/kitten for a period of 5 days on condition that it is properly cared for and quarantined.

If during this time period Seller is notified by Purchaser of a health problem which is proven to have existed at the time of sale, Seller will refund the purchase price or replace with cat/kitten of equal value (Seller's option) upon receipt of said cat/kitten, any papers provided (i.e., registration/pedigrees) and a veterinarian's written statement of the health problem. Seller does not accept the responsibility of any vet bills unless written authorization states such.

Cats/kittens purchased as household pets will be neutered/spayed prior to being placed in the new home or if cat isn't mature enough (males), seller will promise to neuter when able to neuter.

We do not use the FIP shot.

Purchaser agrees to care for this cat/kitten in indoor facilities and not to de-claw said cat/kitten.
GUARANTEE IS VOID IF:

Ownership of cat changes

Cat is de-clawed
-
Cat is left to roam outdoors

Cat is vaccinated with FIP or FELV vaccinations.
A nonrefundable deposit of _________will hold this cat/kitten until it is ten weeks of age or older if shipped. Please fill in the above information, sign the form, keep one copy for yourself and mail the signed copy to me. Balance to be paid in full, including shipping costs, prior to shipping by money or cashiers check.
Purchaser's signature indicates that he/she/they have reviewed the contract prior to purchasing said cat/kitten and is in full agreement with the above listed terms.
